1. Purpose：

Suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non corrosive, have a temperature not exceeding 300 ℃, a viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3m ²/s (5-1500cSt), and are used in hydraulic transmission systems.

By reducing the pump speed, the viscosity of the conveyed medium can reach 5 × 104cSt.

2. Application scope：

Can be used as a transmission and booster pump in oil transportation systems;

A fuel pump that can be used for delivery, pressurization, and injection in the fuel system;

Can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power in hydraulic transmission systems;

It can be used as a lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.

3. Structural characteristics：

This series of gear pumps mainly consists of gears, shafts, systems, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. Gears that have undergone nitriding treatment have high hardness and wear resistance. Installed together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve for operation. The lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved through the use of the conveying medium during pump operation.

The four bearing sleeves inside the pump are installed in a floating manner inside the pump body, and the end face clearance is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the volumetric efficiency is high.

When viewed from the extended end of the main shaft towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
